Rule states 'food shall be served at flexible intervals, but no child may go without nourishment for longer than three hours'. Although staff stated they provide a late afternoon snack to those who request it, the center needs to schedule and provide a snack to all children still in attendance at the end of each day, if it's been 3 hours since they last ate.
