250.06(2)(c) · Access To Materials Potentially Harmful To Children
During a monitoring visit, an upper bathroom cupboard containing beauty products and hairspray labeled 'keep out of reach of children' was found to be unlocked. Taller children would be able to access this cupboard. The licensor also observed a hanging closet organizer with numerous medications, being stored on the back of the door leading to the basement. Because there was no lock on the door, the medications were accessible to children when the door was/is open. Note: The provider attached a child-safety lock to the doorknob while the Licensor was still on premises.
