During a monitoring visit, the Licensing Specialist observed the fabric covers and safety belts of two high chairs to be very stained and dirty. The front panels of the oven had numerous grease drips along the front panel, and and the kitchen cupboards had what appeared to be milk, splattered across the front panels. Walls in the kitchen, hallway and nap room were visibly dirty. And there was a strong urine smell in play/nap room.
