On 9/17/25, a child care worker was rough & careless in her handling of two infants. The child care worker sat down abruptly from a standing position, causing a baby's head to bounce off her arm. When transferring the same baby, she 'plopped' the baby down onto a boppy pillow. She picked another baby out of a crib, partially 'slinging' him onto her shoulder. On 9/17/25, a 9 month old infant was placed to sleep on a 'boppy' pillow, where she napped for 5 minutes. She was removed from the pillow only when the staff person and children moved to another room, and not in an effort to place her in a crib. This child and a second child were observed to be tucked into their own boppy pillows with a blanket wrapped snuggly around them, and a staff person rubbing their foreheads in an attempt to assist them in falling asleep.
