On 5-22-2026, the Licensor met with the center director and review the staff file on the two child care workers. According to the center director, the lead worker is the designated School-Age Program Leader. The Licensor reviewed the School-Age Program Leader's file and the documentation in the file showed her position title as the School-Age Child Care Assistant.
