(8) The black large cyclone fencing next to the white shed had a gap of 5 inches opening in the toddler outdoor play area. The ceder corner fencing was missing a plank in the preschool play ground. Risk WAC/RCW

110-300-0165(2)(d) · An early learning provider must take steps to prevent hazards to children including, but not limited to: (d) Making inaccessible to children plastic bags and other suffocation hazards;
(2)(c)A glue gun cord was on a lower shelf accessible to children in RM 2. (2)(d) Room 3 had mulipule ziplock bags storing classroom toys on 3ft shelving accessible toddlers. There was a white diaper changing station placed in between both bathrooms with multiple Walmart bags and (a clear) role of plastic bags accessible. During the visit children were pulling paper towels of the same shelf. Staff removed all plastic bags from the diaper changing station onsite.

110-300-0165(5)(b) · To ensure a safe environment for children in care, an early learning provider must comply with the following electrical requirements: (b) Outlets near sinks, tubs, toilets, or other water sources must be inaccessible to children or be tamper-resistant and equipped with a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) outlet type;
1. There is one wall in the Mannor House which has damaged/peeling sheetrock on a corner of the wall. 2. In the Mannor House outlets are not Tamper Resistant and are accessible to children. 3. In the Mannor House outlets near the water sink are not GFCI/Tamper Resistant.
