Dispute Description: My staff has her background check PBC done but I forgot to print it out the PBC due to many things I had going on at the same time but once they left I printed it out and she has it in her records and I have in my folder. The unknown person who entered in my daycare was only there for a quick minute and then left because they had forgotten one of their belonging downstairs.
