During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed children leaving the licensed common area space to go to the bathroom to wash their hands unattended down the hall. This licensor also observed H.F sitting at a table by herself eating snack with her back against children without being able to supervise all areas accessible to children when R.H was out of the room. Then during the visit this licensor observed R.H left the room to go let a parent into the school a child was left unattended in the licensed space of the commons when the other children and teacher H.F were in the room next door of the licensed gym area.
