There were loose cords in the Mystical Garden room and the infant room that were accessible to the children. There were plastic bags located in the lower cabinets of the school age room and the mermaid that were accessible to children. The playground fence has some sharp pointed edges sticking out in areas. There is a Rubbermaid kitchen on the playground that has broken plastic piece with sharp edges. There is a broken/cracked bike seat with sharp edges on the playground. There is a cracked/broken toilet lid in the mixed age group bathroom. The playground has a large heavy metal musical toy is not secured down on to the ground almost toppled over when licensor touched it.

The mixed age group room had dry eraser cleaner on the diaper changing table and fish food accessible to children. The storage room in the mixed age group room and in the hallway were accessible to the children. All the rooms had a broom accessible to the children and there was a vacuum cleaner accessible to the children in the infant room. To my understanding brooms are currently being discussed by the management team. The mix age group room has no storage room.
