Outdoor play area is getting fake grass laid on top of current grass. Ensure that the play area does not form tripping hazards. Light bulbs did not appear shatterproof. Water in the preschool restroom was 134.1 degrees and the outlet in the restroom by the sink was not GFCI. It was only tamper resistant.
