0106(11), 0106(3) At the time of this inspection, licensor observed staff member A.M.P. was counted in staff-to-child-ratio and working unsupervised with 2 enrolled children in the preschool age "green room," as stated by lead teacher A.Y.M.C. who stepped out of the green room to supervise another preschool aged child who was dropped off during nap time in the "school age room." This was corrected onsite and A.Y.M.C. returned to the green room immediately when licensor stated that A.M.P. cannot be unsupervised with children without completing the required trainings, including Child Care Basics. Licensor observed in MERIT that staff member A.M.P. has not completed CPR and First Aid trainings, which are also required prior to being counted into ratio with enrolled children. No follow up correction is needed; TA provided to have A.M.P. complete necessary training requirements before working with children in ratio and/or unsupervised and to adjust their job role accordingly, as the licensee stated A.M.P.'s role is currently a cook and cleaning person.
