Removed Dispute Description: Infant was transitioning from infant to toddler room. child has been sleeping out of crib for the last month ( per parent) . historically I have brought a mat in to infant room 1 week before child is to go to toddler room, to help them transition to next phase. He was on his tummy because he is 12 months old and rolls from front to back and front again. He was covered with a small blanket because our air conditioning vents are on the floor and we were afraid he would get cold on the mat. we respectfully asked to reconsider this decision, and we will abide by the ruling.
