WAC 110-300-0165(2)(c) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed cords that were accessible to children. In the Pre-K room this licensor observed a cord that was coming from a big air purifier on the floor up to the countertop along with other other cords to misc. items on the countertop that is accross from the circle time area. This licensor also observed multiple cords that were accessible to children on a rolling cart that had a TV and DVD player in the area outside the bathroom downstairs that is between the pre-k and carebears room. In the downstairs bathroom this licensor observed there was a cord to a hair dryer in one of the cabinets that was not locked. Lastly, in the Carebear's room it was observed there were cords accessible from the light up table and also a lamp in the dramatic play area in the back corner. WAC 110-300-0165(2)(d) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor obsreved plastic bags accessible to children in the drawer in the pre-k room below the countertop and also in the children's bathroom upstairs in the sliding mirror case above the sink. The plastic bags in the bathroom were corrected during the visit.

WAC 110-300-0260(1)(a) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed cleaning products in an unlocked cabinet that were accessible to children in the downstairs bathroom. This licensor observed cooking oil and alka seltzer tablets in the unlocked cabinet in the carebear room. This licensor observed a bottle of Kylon low oder clear finish in unlocked cabinet in the pre-k classroom that was accessible to children and says keep out of reach of children. WAC 110-300-0260(2)(a)(b) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed a storage area in the explorers room that was unlocked and accessible to children on the left side of the room where the cots are also stored.
