Duirng the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed keep out of reach items accesible to children. This licensor observed diaper cream, lysol, and another air freshener in a drawer under the diaper changing table that was accessible to children. This licensor observed in the unlocked cabinets across from the changing table there were chemicals that were accessible to children.
