This licensor observed play phones with cords in the preschool 117 room and the assistant director corrected this on site. This licensor also observed cords in the preschool 124 classroom that were accessible to children by the pretend play area on the window sill. WAC 110-300-0165(2)(d)-During the onsite monitor visit this licensor obsereved plastic bags that were accessible to chidlren in the preschool 117 classroom and the toddler 121 D classroom. This licensor observed in classroom 117 the plastic in the cupboard by the entrance door and the assistant director corrected this onsite.
