During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed sunscreen hanging ina few classroom bathrooms in pockets with the childs name on it that was accessible to children in classroom 1416 and 1418. This licensor observed sunscreen in classroom 1420 in child's cubbies by the bathroom that were also accessible to children. This licensor observed in classroom 1420 under the sink in the classroom there were items that say keep out of reach of children like bleach and shaving cream that was accessible to children.

WAC 110-300-0165(2)(c) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed cords accessible to children that are capable of forming a loop around a child's neck in rooms 1418, 1420,1422, and school house. These were all corrected and the cords in all the rooms were made inaccesible by the director during the monitor visit. WAC 110-300-0165(2)(d) During the monitor visit this licensor observed plastic bags in a few drawers in the bathroom of the classroom 1465 that was accessible to children. An early learning provider must comply with the following additional medication storage requirements: (i) Medication must be inaccessible to children; (ii) Controlled substances must be locked in a container or cabinet which is inaccessible to children; (iii) Medication must be kept away from food in a separate, sealed container; and (iv) External medication (designed to be applied to the outside of the body) must be stored to provide separation from internal medication (designed to be swallowed or injected) to prevent cross contamination.

In the school house classroom there was Lysol Disinfectant Wipes and Lysol Urine Remover in the bathroom. These were all corrected and all the sanitizing products in all the rooms were removed or moved to a location that was inaccessible to children during this onsite monitor visit.
