There was a pillow in the playpen. Provider said that another infant is laid down in the playpen using the pillow and a blanket. The infant present was laid down on a mat using a blanket and pillow. Licensor reminded Provider that blanket and pillow can not be used for children under 12 months old. Provider then removed the blanket and pillow from the napping infant. Risk WAC/RCW
