The documents were not scanned on 10/17/2024 nor when the licensor was finishing up the checklist on 10/21/2024. Licensor reviewed MERIT and CPC's BBP is expired, her Food Handler's was confirmed but could not be verified during the visit. Assistant Director, M.K's BBP was "Self-Entered" and could not be verified dated 8/26/2024, her Food Handlers were Self-Entered with a date of 8/26/2024 but could not be verified. CPR/First Aid was expired as of 3/29/2024 per MERIT and was confirmed. There were no updated cards for review during the visit.
