110-301-0215(3) - At the time of the onsite monitor visit inspection, there was a solo yellow epipen for one enrolled child in a ziplock bag in the first aid backpack that did not have an accompaning medication authorization. Additionally, the epipen did not have the following information included on it (or available): Date the prescription was filled, expiration date, instructions for administration and storage. None of the staff present were aware of the missing information or had the information available onsite.
