During onsite annual monitored visit, licensor Anita Stewart observed children playing outside in the outdoor play area and on the hillside running, playing, and pushing toys. Licensor observed no staff engagement with children who were on the top or near the hillside. This violation was discussed with Director Dara McAllister on site.
