Licensor discussed the requirements even for a visiting cat to provider and 3 daughters. Licensor sent Pet Policy document to provider on 1/30/24 to fill out. According to provider the parents of the two enrolled children were notified. But there was no documentation in the files to reflect that they have read the Pet Policy.
