MERIT was reviewed prior to going to the site for the visit and there are numerous staff missing current Safe Sleep Training. Files reviewed an in MERIT almost all staff are missing documentation of current BBP training. Review of MERIT only reflects 1 staff member that has a current BBP training. Staff completed CPR/First Aid according to the Director, M.P.F and Program Supervisor, L.C. but none of them have received their cards as documentation of the training. Follow up will happen again with the trainer to obtain copy of the certifications. Staff were missing 20 or 30 hour STARS reflected in MERIT.
