The door handle must be of the type that can be opened from the inside without the use of a key, tools, or special knowledge, and must automatically unlock when the knob or handle is turned;

The front door was locked as licensor arrived. Provider unlocked it and kept it unlocked. Provider stated that she changed her lock to open with a single action turn but housing made her switch it back and fined her. Licensor told her that's fine and to just keep it unlocked while children are present. Risk WAC/RCW
