Provider stated that she changed her lock to open with a single action turn but housing made her switch it back and fined her. Three step cleaning methods and air freshener were accessible to the children in a bin on top of the toilet. Provider removed it and put it in a cabinet under the sink and staed she will get a safety lock for it after childcare.
