0186(1) The Licensor observed in a child’s file documentation of a known health condition indicating that the child develops rashes when consuming plain eggs but is able to tolerate eggs when mixed within other ingredients. The Licensor highly recommended that a written food plan be completed and maintained on file to prevent accidental consumption of plain eggs and to ensure the child’s health and safety. This plan will help safeguard the child from potential allergic reactions and promote a safe meal service environment.

110-300-0210(1)(2) · (1) On or before their children's first day of attending an early learning program, the parents or guardians of enrolled children must give to early learning providers proof of vaccination or acquired immunity for the vaccine-preventable disease, required under RCW 43.216.690 and chapter 246-105 WAC.
