The individual care plan pursuant to WAC 110-300-0300 must: (a) Identify foods that must not be consumed by the child and steps to take in the case of an unintended allergic reaction; (b) Identify foods that can substitute for allergenic foods; and (c) Provide a specific treatment plan for the early learning provider to follow in response to an allergic reaction. There were additional art supplies in plastic bags in the upper cabinets, which would be more difficult for children to reach or access, but would still be considered accessible as there is a climbable surface underneath them. 3)g) There was a playhouse in the outdoor play area that was not in good condition as it had been damaged in a recent windstorm. There was a broken plastic panel on the base and the plastic doors had come off, one of which had cracked/broken plastic on it. 5)a)One electrical outlet in classroom A and one electrical outlet in classroom B do not appear to be tamper-resistant. They are located on either side of the shared wall between the two classrooms.
