WAC 0165 (3)(g)- Two play houses were observed in poor condition in the outdoor play space. 1. Play house with dark blue roof had a crack on the right side of the roof (when facing it) of approximtely 2inches. 2. Play house with teal roof had duck tape on the lower back side of the play house (placed againt the side of the wall of the providers home). Duct tape was observed peeling on edges. Additionally, along the perimeter of the outdoor play space there were areas with flaking paint such as along the window shutters of home and window trim of shed area behind the home placed between the fencing.
