Licensor observed washer and dryer on bathroom pathway, without safety features, posing intrapment. Licensor observed large shelves in classrooms, that are not anchered to wall and can tip over. Licensor observed exit drop off that is greater than 18 inches high off ground, missing ADA ramp, that will require guardrails for heigth of the drop off.
