While outside, two children were at the far end of the playground where no staff were within 100 feet. Children had to climb fence to go back with classroom. Children were not within sight or hearing range of staff members.

Toddler playground has make shift walking bridge made out of wood. Bridge is slanted from hill ledge to tire on ground and child was observed walking on it. No ground coverage below these. Tires throughout playground children climbed on and no ground coverage underneath. Large boulder like rocks in play yard were observed to have children jumping off of them and no ground coverage is around the rocks.
