The Wobbler room had a set of lights on the wall that had a cord plugged in and the cord was dangling/hanging from the to the wall and formed a loop. There was a box of garbage bags accessible to the children in the open storeroom that is located in the kitchen and one of the classrooms had a plastic bag under the sink accessible to children. The wooden play structure outside the pre-school 1 and 2 has broken warn/rotting boards and some protruding screws.
