There are two drawers in the Elephant room have child safety lataches that are not working and there are items in those drawers that are choking hazzards. The Zebra room has a cord hanging down by the change table area and there is a lose cord in the Lions room under the sensory table. All the classrooms have chipped paint on the walls in areas. The Lions room has a heating vent that is rusted with chiooed paint. The chian link top pole has large areas that are rusted as well as the top of the gate from the large playground to the small playground. There is a toilet in the bathroom that is shared between the Elephant and Lion room that is chipping and has screws that are rusted. All the classrooms have some electrical outlets that only have automatic shutters that only allow electrical plugs to be inserted.
