A school-age provider may accept children without proof of vaccinations or immunity as otherwise indicated in this section. Neither staff is attached to the MERIT page and so the licensor looked up their information separately to confirm information and possible verification of required trainings such as Basic STARS since both staff had unsupervised access to children during the visit. Neither staff had documentation of BASIC Initial STARS in the system. J.K Completed the other health and Safety Trainings via DCYF Portal. M.M did not have any documentation in the MERIT system of completing the Health and Safety Trainings.
