Extension cords were observed in the ladybug classroom. Cord fan was observed not secured to the wall.Muliple classrooms were observed to be unable to provide proper nap time supervsion due to lack of lightening. Chipping paint was observed on the walls in some classrooms. Center director reports the building is in the process of being repainted and each weekend an additional room is getting complete.Rust was observed in different areas throughout the center, including on outdoor bikes and a baby gate in the older toddler room. Chairs and tables were observed to be stacked in away that could potentialy be pushed or fall on top of a child. Some mateials are in need of replacement or repair due to potenitial harm to a child, including chairs with cracks, bikes with out plastic/rubber stopper protecotrs on handles. Sharp edges were observed on the baby gate in the toddler classroom. Chipping paint, rust, unsealed wood, sharp edges was observed in areas of the center including on mulitpe shelves, flower climber/seat in the toddler playground.
