Kydalynn needs to complete blood borne pathogen training and/or add it into MERIT if already completed. Some staff's first aid and/or CPR have not been completed or entered into MERIT. This training must be repeated pursuant to Washington state department of labor and industries regulations.
There have been multiple changes in management in the past six months. Staff have either not completed annual blood borne pathogen training or this has not been entered into MERIT. The change in director position has made it difficult for this to be rectified.
