The door handle must be of the type that can be opened from the inside without the use of a key, tools, or special knowledge, and must automatically unlock when the knob or handle is turned;
Need extra batteries for the flashlight Provider states she doesn't want to leave the two exit doors unlocked during childcare hours. Can install a knob that locks on the outside that opens with a single turn from the inside. Currently there is only a deadbolt lock to lock the door.
