Cording for light table is accessible and can form a loop. Plastic bags were observed under the restroom sink accessible to children. In Room 2 the siding from the white baseboard heater is detached in some areas (by the door that leads to the outside to the end of the wall) and the metal heating elements are exposed (the heater was not on. But the siding off of the heater and the ability to move the siding of the heater can possibly cause pinching. In Room 1 secure the baskets on shelves with music instruments, people and furniture etc. Outlet in restroom is GFCI but not tamper resistant. Food worker cards must: (a) Be obtained through the local health jurisdiction, in person or online; and (b) Be renewed prior to expiring.
