Roller shades on windows had hardware on the wall to manuever cording but the cording was still loose. Equipment cording in rooms observed to be accessible to children and can form looping. In rooms heavy items stored on shelving units and above cubbies were not secure. Chipping paint was observed in door frames, window sills, and on montessori number rods and blocks.
