(2)(a) Staff brought out a group activity with small pom poms. These pose a choking hazard for the toddlers. (3)(f) Licensor observed unmounted fire extinguisher sitting on the top of the cubbies next to where the toddlers were eating snack. The fire extinguisher is very heavy and posed a fall risk. 110-300-0186(1) · An early learning provider must obtain written instructions (the individual care plan) from the child's health care provider and parent or guardian when caring for a child with a known food allergy or special dietary requirement due to a health condition.
