WAC 110-300-0165(2)(d) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed plastic bags accessible to children in one of the toddler rooms and both of the preschool rooms that were accessible to children. This licensor observed in the toddler Shark room the plastic bags were in the drawer by the childs sink. In the Sea Otter preschool room the bags were in a drawer next to the childrens sink and in the Orca preschool room there were plastic bags in the cabinet under the childrens sink.
