0260 (2) (a) (b) The licensor observed a closet containining extra supplies of soap, plastic bags unlocked and left the sliding door open making prohibited objects accessible to the children. The storage has locks but on Wednesdays when community dinners are prepared by the elders, they keep them unlocked. The Licensor advised talking witht he senoors about locking the doors in between uses especially due to the fact that the cabinet is on the pathway that children take to the PreK bathroom.
