During onsite inspection, Licensor observed the outdoor play structures not installed and arranged to meet the 6 feet fall zones (measuring 50 inches, 57 inches, and 34 inches) and the shredded recycled rubber surfacing not maintained at 6 inches (measuring 1 inch, 2 inches, and 2.5 inches).
