WAC 110-300-0166(3)(c): At the time of the site visit all the classroom emergency exit doors have a gate that is screwed into the door opening and blocking the door way exit. WAC 110-300-0260(2)(a)(b): There is a door in room 504 that leads to a large room that is being used as a storage room that is unlocked and has no other method to make it inaccessible to the children (this room included large stacked tables, large tables laying agaist the wall, rows of stacked chairs, items stored on the stage area, a loose cord that that is behind the wall and licensor was unable to see if it is plugged into an outlet or not, and two open areas under the stage that have red, yellow, and green wiring accessible).
