WAC 110-300-0165(2)(d): At the time of the site visit there was a roll of plastic garbage bags sitting on a low bin in the preschool 2 bathroom and an extra garbage bag hanging over the outside of the garbage can in the Preschool room 1 bathroom that were accessible to the children. WAC 110-300-0260(1)(a): At the time of the site visit there was a hand sanitizer wall dispenser accessible to the children in both Preschool 1 and Preschool 2 rooms. These wall dispensers are touchless (motion sensing) and when the one in the preschool 2 room was looked at closer it squirted out hand sanitizer directly at the licensor.
