0260(2)(a)(b) During the visit, Licensor observed the staff bathroom which is accessible in the hallway the students use, to not have a locking feature. The bathroom is also a storage area for cleaning supplies, mop, and vaccum, washer and dryer. The washer and dryer did have safety latches. Licensor observed a storage shed outside to not be locked. Director M corrected immediately.
