Stickers or children's art work has not been placed on sliding glass door to prevent chidldren from accidentally walking into the door. A secondary refigerator/freezer combo. was accessible to children in the garage. The door to the garage was not locked or latched. It was locked prior to my departure. The edge of a large indoor rug has curled up and is a tripping hazard. The stone patio and walkway outside has uneven stones, and lacks gravel between the stones, creating numerous tripping hazards.
