A blind cord was found wrapped around a metal anchor attached to the wall, while other cords are not permanently secured. Multiple areas of the center, including one interior room and the outdoor childcare space, were observed to have chipping and flaking paint, and one wall showed visible cracking. Some furniture was also noted as needing to be properly secured. The provider reported they are in the process of making corrections and will work to address these issues promptly.

Observed in Monkey room: chipping paint on windowsills and window frame accessible to children; lots of dust on the fan; worn out cabinet doors under diaper table posing finger pinching hazard. Koala room: outlet by fish tank was missing half of the outlet cover plate. Dinosaur room: hand washing sink needs calking to ensure surface is moist impervious and easily cleanable. Square area rug has frayed edges.
