110-300-0356(3) · A center licensee must not exceed the total capacity or age range stated on the child care license at any time except as provided in this section. All children on the premises, signed in to child care, on an off-site trip from the early learning program, or being transported by the early learning program staff are counted in capacity including the children of staff. 110-300-0215(3)(c) · Non-Compliances: This section of the Inspection Report lists non-compliances found during any licensing inspection. Information from this section will be reported to Child Care Check and be can be used to determine current and future licensing and enforcement actions. Medication must be stored and maintained as directed on the packaging or prescription label, including applicable refrigeration requirements. An early learning provider must comply with the following additional medication storage requirements: (i) Medication must be inaccessible to children; (ii) Controlled substances must be locked in a container or cabinet which is inaccessible to children; (iii) Medication must be kept away from food in a separate, sealed container; and (iv) External medication (designed to be applied to the outside of the body) must be stored to provide separation from internal medication (designed to be swallowed or injected) to prevent cross contamination.
