WAC 110-300-0146(1)(a)(b): At the time of the site visit there was a large climbing toy structure, two teeter totters, and a small little tykes type climbing structure in an area that has a combination of tire and fibar that was accessible to the children and there the ground cover measured at ½ in in one area and 1 ½ inches in two other areas around the large climbing toy structure. The provider stated the kids are not allowed over in that area but it was accessible as the provider had one piece of caution that was the height of the licensor’s chest and went from one end of the fence to the other and children could go easily go under and part of the ribbon was sagging on one end.

WAC 110-300-0165(2)(d): At the time of the site visit there were large plastic garbage bags laying loosely on a child sized table in the classroom and am open plastic bag with some pullups in the bathroom on a lower shelf that were accessible to the children. 110-300-0356(3) · A center licensee must not exceed the total capacity or age range stated on the child care license at any time except as provided in this section. All children on the premises, signed in to child care, on an off-site trip from the early learning program, or being transported by the early learning program staff are counted in capacity including the children of staff. (a) A center licensee must receive department approval to care for a child with special needs, pursuant to WAC 110-300-0300, if the child is older than the maximum age identified on the license.
