5.2.6.5 · Sanitizing of the following items shall be done on the following schedule: Before and after each use: * Food preparation surfaces; * Dining tables and highchair trays; and * Non flushing potty chairs. After each use: * Eating utensils and dishes; At the end of each day: * Food preparation appliances; * Plastic mouthed toys; and * Pacifiers.
Tables were not sanitized after lunch. Staff had children wipe the table with a wet cloth. After children wiped the table, staff set up materials for afternoon activities. When Staff A was asked about when the tables are santized, Staff A stated they only sanitize the tables before lunch. The program does not santize after lunch.

3.4.3 · A system for taking attendance, including documentation of the time when each child arrives and departs each day he/she attends the CBCCPP, shall be established. The licensee shall save all daily attendance records identifying the hours of children's attendance for at least twelve (12) months from the date that care is provided.
Attendance records starting the week of 8/26 and ending the week of 10/4 were reviewed and showed that there were 11 times when a child was either not signed out or in.Director stated that parents are reponsible for signing their child in and out and that usually she will check to make sure they have.
