2.3.7.6 · Insurance Coverage: The FCCP shall carry liability insurance of a reasonable amount for its own protection and for the protection of children attending the FCCH. Evidence of insurance coverage shall be provided to the Division. Transportation insurance, if applicable, shall cover property damage, bodily injury and liability.

The kitchen where breakfast was prepared prior to my visit was dirty, full of dirty dishes and clutter. There were many dirty dishes in the sink, on the counters and on the stove, that were from the previous day. There was food crumbs and old food caked on the counters and stove. The kitchen counters were cluttered with stuff leaving no space to make food for lunch. In the playroom, there were cracker crumbs on the floor where an infant was put down to play. This violation was cited previously on 11/16/2015 and 7/19/2017.

The program had noticeable dirt, old food, pieces of debris and stuffing material throughout the playroom where children were playing, sitting and crawling on the floor. There was noticeable dirt and debris in the mud room where children walked through and played during this licensing visit. There were small pieces of broken toys on the floor. A broken basket, which a child sat in and pinched his finger, was accessible to the children on the floor of the play room. An adult size chair in the room had a large rip across the top portion of the seat in which the stuffing was exposed and on the floor throughout the room causing it to be a hazard for children. It is required to keep all areas used by children clean and in orderly condition. This violation was cited perviously on 11/16/2015.
