On 10/14/2025, Staff X grabbed a child by the arm to move them to the back of line and left a red mark on their arm. 40 minutes later, Staff X grabbed another child by the arm to move them and left three (3) small bruises on the child's arm. Staff X no longer is employed at the program, and the program director and licensee immediately made a mandated report, submitted an incident report to licensing and then notified the children's parents. This is a serious violation.
